Experienced & Dedicated Production Team

Vegas Outfit today operates more than 14 factories, all of which are compliant facilities, to create a range of RMG items. Due to the fact that we create knit, woven, denim, and sweaters in several independent facilities, there is nearly no risk of orders overlapping. For maximum productivity, only experienced personnel are hired in these fields, and they are always mindful of and prompt about worker welfare. Vegas Outfit has always backed the emancipation of women, thus we can proudly say that more than 70% of all employees in all of our factories are female.

Production methods:

  1. The buyer first approves the PP sample.
  2. The patterns are completed.
  3. The entire production process is organized.
  4. Fabric that is desired is produced or sourced.
  5. As directed by the order, the cloth is colored, cleaned, and given various chemical treatments.
  6. According on the needs of the customer, accessories and trims are either produced or purchased.The cloth is cut out according to the completed patterns' dimensions.
  7. The printing procedure has completed.
  8. Sewing of clothing and the adding of accessories are completed.
  9. The finished goods are examined and packaged in accordance with the demands of the buyer.
  10. The shipment is transported by ship or air to the buyer's preferred national port.

Quality check steps:

  1. Only once the customer has approved the PP sample is an order considered to be live.
  2. Our experts examine the yarns being used for quality.
  3. The process of knitting and weaving is observed, and each roll of cloth is meticulously examined using computerized infrared check-tables.
  4. The cloth rolls are scrutinized once again for flaws after the dyeing and washing processes.
  5. Our quality control team inspects accessories both manually and automatically after manufacture.
  6. QCs do a quality check after pattern cutting.
  7. The QC is done in-line.
  8. There is a pre-final inspection.
  9. The items aren't prepared for the final inspection until the pre-final inspection is finished.
  10. When we have completed the final inspection and are convinced that the client's criteria have been met in full, only then do we authorize the shipping.
